About translation

In the process of translating these items, we referenced a total of 6 Māori language sources currently available - including books, on-line dictionaries and publications. When discrepancies did arise, we aligned our translation with Scotty and Stacey Morrison’s book, ‘Māori at Home’, in the hope that users could access this book to better learn how to utilise newly acquired words in the appropriate sentence structures.
